Head of department - Amil Rafig oghlu Javadov

The General Department provides the turnover of documents and its implementation by applying a modern electronic circulation system of documents, ensures the organization and improvement of the document archiving, reviews applications of citizens in accordance with the legislation. The department carries out practical and methodical management of clerical work and deals with issues related to civil service. It, also coordinates recruitment process of employees and examines applicants` documents, makes suggestions on conducting trainings of servants and/or employees who are in charge of clerical works.

Division of Reception, Applications and Complaints of Citizens are operating under the Department.

The Department has nine employees.
